This policy explains what happens to the information you share on this website. Cobb Web Works is run by Nicholas Ude in Austell, Georgia.

What I collect

When you send the quote form, I receive what you enter: your name, business name, phone number, email address, current website if you add one, what you need, and any other details you include.

Like most websites, the company hosting this site may automatically keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to run and protect the site.

How I use it

I use your details to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and work with you if you become a client. I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to a marketing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics, and it doesn't set its own cookies. If that changes, I'll update this page.

Services that handle your information

• Web3Forms delivers the quote form to my email. It operates from India, may process data in several regions, and says it keeps submissions for up to three years. To block spam, it may send your IP address and email address to CleanTalk and Akismet.
• My email provider stores the messages I receive and send.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and may process the technical logs described above.

How long I keep it

I keep your request for as long as I need it to respond to you, work with you, and maintain my business records.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@cobbwebworks.com. I may need to keep some records where the law requires it, and I'll let you know how to request deletion from Web3Forms if needed.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
